The best vegan banana bread



What you'll need:

Three overripe bananas

1 cup plant-based milk

Half a cup room temperature vegan butter

One tablespoon flaxseed

1 tbsp chia seed

2 tablespoons hemp seed

1 tbsp vanilla

1 cup of brown sugar packed

1 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour

1 tbsp of cornstarch

Half a teaspoon of baking soda

One teaspoon of baking powder

Half a teaspoon of salt


  1. First you want to start by greasing a 9 by 13 loaf pan and preheating your oven to 350 degrees

  2. Next you want to mash up your bananas and then mixing your wet ingredients such as the vegan butter the vanilla plant-based milk flaxseed chia seed hemp seed.

  3. Then you want to add in your brown sugar.

  4. Then add in your flour baking soda baking powder cornstarch and salt and mix until everything is incorporated.

  5. Once everything is mixed pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan

  6. Bake for 50 -60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  7. Once cooked let the banana bread cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Run a knife along the edge of a loaf pan and flip it onto a cutting board. Cut the banana bread into slices and enjoy with a mixture of butter and cinnamon.
